Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-volume periods (such as launches or holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery times:
    •    Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
    •    Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $70 (U.S. only).

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Golden Sprout is not responsible for:
    •    Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
    •    Packages that are lost or delayed due to carrier issues

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered, Golden Sprout is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.

Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
    •    Carriers (USPS, UPS, etc.)
    •    Weather conditions
    •    Holidays or high shipping volumes
